Thank you for shopping with Custom Brass Plaques. We take pride in delivering high-quality custom brass products and aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

⚠️ Important:
Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if:

    • The product arrives damaged

    • You receive the wrong product

    • There is an error in customization caused by us

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or design approval already given.


📦 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at:

Include the following:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • 3–4 clear images showing the damaged product, incorrect item, or customization error.


REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 2–3 business days.

    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

    • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


EXCEPTIONS & IMPORTANT NOTES

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery. Claims made after the return window may not be accepted.

Personalized / Custom Products

All custom and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, they are eligible for exchange only if:

    • The item is damaged in transit

    • The wrong product is delivered

    • There is a customization error made by us

In such cases, a minimal shipping charge may apply for the replacement.

Import Duties & Taxes

Customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in:

    • Shipment delays

    • Order being held or returned by customs

⚠️ Orders returned due to unpaid import duties are not eligible for refunds.


EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

    • Item must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags

    • Proof of purchase is required

    • Custom or personalized products are excluded, unless defective or incorrect
